We recently completed the Platt College website redesign and within a few weeks of launching, Platt approached us to develop an internal application to manage their increased website leads.
Platt College has 6 locations with 4 core areas of education. Requests for information and school registrations can be challenging. Back40 was charged with developing an application that simplifies Platt Collegeâ€™s lead collection system. The new application collects online submissions and ‘pushes’ leads to predetermined departments and locations. Leads can be further categorized and tracked by staff members as they follow up and respond. Trends can be viewed with simple reporting tools.
As web site designers sometimes our job is to simply “increase traffic and get the leads.” We believe in taking web marketing a step further by investigating a businessâ€™ core process and developing tools to more efficiently serve our clients. Thanks Platt College and Oklahoma Health Academy!
