Print Process
Project Definition
You will meet one-on-one with one of our graphic designers to define the project parameters, design elements, project scope, budget, and timeline. If an in-person meeting is not possible, your designer can meet with your design via conference call. Print fulfillment needs, if applicable, will also be discussed at this phase.
Design
Design creation begins with making of preliminary designs. Once the design direction is established, your Back40 designer will develop and present advanced designs for review and possible revisions. Upon approval, your designs will be placed into the production schedule.
Production
This phase takes the approved designs into production. Final designs are either delivered in electronic format and/or sent to one of our printers. We have longstanding working relationships with many Oklahoma City printers. We may also attend on-site press checks if the project complexity warrants the coverage. Print fulfillment needs, if applicable, will be finalized and scheduled in this production phase.
Delivery
Your finished project is delivered. We keep a copy of your project’s production files just in case you would like to order reprints in the future.
