Sandy has been with Back40 since the beginning. For 9 years she's been in the back office making sure operations flow smoothly by handling accounting responsibilities.

Recently Sandy has transitioned into more of a leadership and mentor role at Back40. She continues to oversee all Back40 business accounts and transactions, but has turned over the day-to-day operations to Heather Vernon. With more time away from the office, Sandy is re-discovering life outside of work. She loves to exercise, garden and reading.

Sandy explains, "Back40 has been such a big part of our lives, I have always been surrounded by creative people and been involved in the business side of creative businesses. I truly enjoy coming in weekly and talking to clients and being with all the people at Back40. We are truly blessed to have such great people to work with."
